We work from binding-site selection through candidate generation, sequence optimization, and structure-based evaluation. Our core deliverables are designed sequences and computational evaluations. Gene synthesis, plasmid delivery, and outsourced protein production or measurements can also be arranged.

We have published our ArcRefine refinement method, computational evaluations, and experimental binding results.

Ken Osumi, Ph.D.

Representative Director. Ken specialized in structural biology during his doctoral studies, working on structure determination by cryo-electron microscopy. He draws on experience in cellular research and structural analysis to design proteins for specific research objectives.
